For the education industry, we focus on headhunting candidates from native English-speaking countries such as England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand as well as South Africa. In addition, we also attract bilingual applicants from ivy universities in the region. To date, we have recruited teachers as well as School Principals on a yearly basis for over 50 different private schools (American, British and bilingual schools) in Kuwait.
With regards to the Healthcare sector, we have a successful track record in headhunting both local licensed and international candidates for the following roles: Physicians, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Nurses, Radiographers, Lab technicians, Senior Healthcare administrative staff and others. Sanaa is a Talent Acquisition specialist with a decade of successful experience in identifying and attracting Talent, Executive Headhunting, Management, Accounting, and Business Development. Her background along with her experience in the GCC gives her an in depth understanding of the culture and the requirements of the clients’ in the region.
She works potently well cultivating business relationships with both potential and existing clients; as she is an effective communicator and Team-player with strong analytical, Management and headhunting skills.
Sanaa has managed all phases of recruitment process and has a profound knowledge of candidate selection, interview organization and CV shortlisting. As a proactive specialist, she has filled many roles across a variety of industries and geographies, utilizing creative sourcing techniques.
Learning & Development Specialist
Christine’s Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems from Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan, provided the foundation for her current professional skill-set: one that is client-centered, meticulously organized & detail-orientated, focused on quality and reliability and also driven by measurable results.
Christine manages IDRAK’s extensive talent acquisition database – ensuring structure well needed for the professionalism of this division. She also as a “Learning and Development Officer”, Christine providing support within various areas of training logistics for diverse demographics of learners & educational programs.
Throughout the past 9 years, Christine has fostered excellent professional relationships with colleagues and clients across the GCC and Kuwait – including 4 years as a Senior Training Supervisor within Kuwait’s petroleum industry.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Upon graduating from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Political science, and a minor in psychology, Noor decided to apply all of her knowledge regarding people and their modes of thinking into her current position: talent acquisition officer.
Her role requires that she interviews numerous people from various organizations on a daily basis to help place them in different positions. She is a light-hearted enthusiast who tries to find the joy in everything she does. When conducting interviews, she aims to genuinely get to know the candidate so that she can better place them. With excellent communication skills, Noor constantly pushes herself to grow both in her field, and as a person.
