Where Do We Hire from?

For the Education Industry, we hire globally, headhunting GCC-qualified applicants with excellent English communication skills while keeping in mind the academic requirements of the country’s Ministry of Education and our client's cultural preferences.

For all other industries, we headhunt applicants from all over the world as well as local destinations, depending on our client's cultural preferences.

We also tend to prioritise nationalization initiatives and strongly recommend the hiring of local nationals for any relevant roles, depending on the client's location. For instance in the gulf, we support the hiring of Kuwaitis, Qataris, Emiratis, Omanis, Saudis, Bahrainis, Iraqis, and others.
