Proposal

  • Talent acquisition needs identified and Job Descriptions are provided by the client.

  • A formal proposal is sent to the client for review and approval

Contract

  • Official contract delivered to client

Headhunt

  • A proactive search is conducted (30 day duration) to identify 2 candidates per role

Screen & Interview

  • To ensure quality, all candidates are properly screened via interviews by a talent acquisition specialist

Reference Check

  • A reference check is conducted for each candidate prior to submission to the client

Placement

Candidate is placed in the desired role 

Measure Performance

  • The candidate's performance is monitored
