resources, talent acquisition, performance management, education, and healthcare. We conduct
personalized interviews to ensure that our candidates are the perfect fit for our clients.

 

The team is located in Kuwait, UK, Qatar and Lebanon.. Having all lived in the GCC and coming from
multicultural backgrounds, we have a deep understanding of the cultures in the GCC and the Western
world. This allows us to bridge cultures and explain the culture to expats.

Christine's role is crucial to the firm's success. She plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of IDRAK’s client relationships, from overseeing necessary logistics to organizing recruitment events, as well as managing the administrative and accounting team. Additionally, Christine manages the firm's database, interview management system, accounting, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.

 

Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of IDRAK's operations runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
